Recipeez is a shopper-in-mind mobile application that provides

automatic, customizable recipes based on food bought at the grocery

store & what the user has at home. Our goal is to reduce food waste at

the consumer level while being healthy, cost-effective, and convenient .

A non-profit organization focused on job training and food redistribution that provides job skills, training, and work experience for formerly incarcerated individuals and individuals recovering from addiction who are reentering the workforce. The project keeps food out of landfills and incinerators by the rescue and redistribution of edible food, and by rerouting inedible food into organics recycling.

A revamp of the existing bridge between the East and West Banks at the University of Minnesota would harness solar and kinetic energy. This would collect energy, reduce campus GHG emissions, and bring eco-conscious awareness to campus.
