Model Home

The goal of the model home project is to renovate a single-family home in St. Anthony Village to serve a model for sustainability. In this project we will demonstrate strategies to improve sustainability performance in the private sector that are suitable to many of the single family homes in the city. We will base our project goals off of the Living Building Challenge, a set of criteria that exceed most green building standards. Once we have completed our research we will develop educational materials that help local homeowners and renters identify sustainability strategies suitable to the homes they live in.
